 I didn't start out as a content strategist. I worked as a professional chef then a life coach. I spent years building people up, gain their confidence, find their voice, break through mental blocks, and step into the version of themselves they always knew they could be. It was some of the most rewarding work I've ever done. But something kept bothering me.

The coaches, consultants, and creators I worked with and experienced had incredible messages. They had real expertise, genuine passion, and the ability to change people's lives. But when it came to getting their message in front of the right people online?

They were struggling. Beautiful websites that nobody found. YouTube channels with a handful of subscribers. Blog posts buried on page 5 of Google. They weren't failing because their message wasn't good enough. They were failing because nobody could find them.

That's when I went down a rabbit hole.

I started learning everything I could about SEO, YouTube algorithms, content strategy, and what actually makes content perform online. I invested in professional-grade tools that analyze what's working in any market—not what gurus say should work, but what the data actually proves is working right now. And the more I learned, the more I realized something important.

The psychology I used as a life coach—understanding what people want, what they fear, what motivates them to take action—is the same psychology that makes content connect and convert. The only difference is the medium. So I combined both worlds.
